Arab Machine is an e-commerce platform that consists of a website, in addition to some logistical services, and payment infrastructure to facilitate the process of buying and selling goods inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Orders and pricing
Note: Sometimes, some requests are not processed or continued for several reasons
1- Arab Machine Company has the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at any time and without referring to the customer
2- Arab Machine Company has the right to request more information about the buyer, which includes, but is not limited to (phone number, address, payment method, etc.) to confirm the buyer’s identity before accepting the order.
3- Total refunds or exchanges are managed within 14 days or 30 days (in the event of a technical malfunction), in accordance with the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

General Policies:
1- In the event of any disputes or conflicts arising on the website or in connection with it, these disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian law.
2- The Arab Republic of Egypt is considered the country of origin and registration for the Egypt Store company.
3- Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to register or complete buying and selling transactions on the Egypt Store website or its extensions.
4- All purchasing transactions, transactions, and attached data are subject to sharing with the payment provider on the website, which is done through fully secure transactions.
5- Electronic payment transactions on the Arab Machine website and its extensions are accepted through direct debit cards, prepaid cards, credit cards, etc., issued by Visa and MasterCard in Egyptian pounds or any agreed-upon currencies.
6- All products on the website are available until the displayed quantity is depleted, and Arab Machine reserves the right to cancel or refuse a purchase request based on the stock quantity of the product.
7- The store has the right to cancel the order in cases of payment upon delivery if the product prices change before delivery.
8- The purchase invoice will be sent to your registered email address upon receiving the product, and the company is not responsible for registering any incorrect or fake email. In such a case, you will not be entitled to claim the purchase invoice again.
9- In some cases, a request may not be approved for several reasons. The website administrators reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
Before approving the request, we may ask you to provide additional information or other data to verify your identity and personal information, including, but not limited to, phone number and address.
10- The company has the right to cancel any purchase order if the product is not delivered within the specified delivery period.
11- The company has the right to cancel a purchase order if the customer does not respond to the delivery officer's call or delays and reschedules the delivery time several times, with the product value refunded in case of prepayment in the same payment method.
12- The delivery period is calculated based on working days from Saturday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.
