Solid soap-making machines

The soap industry is one of the industries that has existed since ancient times, but with the passage of time and the development of technology, the demands and needs for modern equipment and devices have increased contributing to improving the quality of the product and enhancing the manufacturing and packaging process.

 We will present below the stages of soap making and the types of machines used in it.

Soap manufacturing goes through several stages:

1- Heating stage:

Two materials are heated and mixed to make soap at a specific temperature, and the first material is various oils, and the second substance consists of caustic soda and water.

2- coagulation stage:

Certain chemical reactions occur between the materials that have been mixed to produce soap.

3- molding stage:

At this stage, the soap is prepared in a liquid state and poured into specific molds until it is softened.

4- Maturity stage:

At this stage, the soap is fully matured and dries over a period of between six to eight weeks.

After completing this stage, various additives are placed on the soap, including perfumes, colors, and moisturizing materials.

3- Product homogenization roller machine:

- Consists of 3 rollers, diameter 5.37 cm and length 75 cm

4- Ploder Bars:

- Plover for making soap bars before the cutting stage, made of 304 stainless steel

5. Bar cutting machine:

- It works continuously automatically and the length of the required bars can be adjusted

6 - Soap mold press:

Soap weight: ranges from 150:75 grams

Production rate: up to 100 soap/minute (depending on the shape and dimensions of the soap).

Equipped with a 5 HP motor with speed reduction gearbox.

7.Soap thermal packaging machine:

Production rate: 80: 120 soap/minute, depending on the machine model.

8.Sulfonation machine
