Return and Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt according to the following:

Please use any of the methods below to contact us. Any product can be returned within 14 days of receipt for any reason, or within 30 days if the product shows a defect, is missing any components, or does not function as described.

2- Initiate the return process:

Returned products can be sent to the company's headquarters at 10th of Ramadan City- El Ordonya_Sama Mall Buildings - Building No. 4 , or our delivery team will schedule a pickup .

3- Verification of product condition:

Products will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition (as received), and the inspection process will be carried out by the company within (5 to 7) working days or examined for defects according to the customer's complaint.

4- Refund or exchange:

Once the returned products are inspected and verified, or confirmed by the manufacturer as defective through a technical report issued by the manufacturer, the full amount paid for the product will be refunded, or it will be exchanged according to the customer's preference.
